The Lives You Will Touch
In the hills of Tzfat, a city known for spirituality and serenity, a new home will be created for children battling cancer and children with disabilities. It will be a place of healing where families can remain together during long and difficult treatments, together.
Some families in northern Israel are carrying a double burden, coping with the exhausting journey of illness while living under the shadow of war, displacement, and uncertainty. For a child battling cancer, hospitalized an average of 100 days per year, the long travel to treatment has become unbearable. Many families are left drained, isolated and at times forced to forgo treatment.
This new home will transform their reality by creating a safe and supportive space where children and families can find strength, healing and the comfort of being together.
Together, with your help, Friends of JNF Canada will be able to support the Child and Family Rehabilitation Home in Tzfat: A home where children can heal and families can stay together, close to the hospital.
